Pastoral Support

For years, we have been committed to identifying and supporting emerging leaders within the community who have a calling to pastoral ministry. We believe in nurturing and developing individuals who demonstrate a passion for sharing the gospel and serving their communities.

Through our efforts, we aim to provide comprehensive pastoral support and resources to equip emerging pastors for effective ministry. Our approach includes:

1.  Pastoral Development:  We seek out individuals whom we believe God has called or is calling into pastoral ministry and provide them with the mentorship, training and resources to help them grow and develop their roles as Christian leaders.
2.  Educational Support:  We facilitate access to theological education and training opportunities for emerging pastors, whether through scholarships, seminary programs or other educational resources.  This includes providing access to study materials and online courses.
3,  Practical Assistance:  We offer practical support for pastors in their ministry efforts, including technological resources for teaching and outreach, facilitating connections with other ministry partners, and offering assistance with logistical challenges they may encounter.​
3.  Community Engagement:  We encourage pastors to actively engage their communities, both within their church and the broader community.  This may involve community events, outreach and support for those in need.  
4.  Continued Encouragement:  We are committed to walking alongside pastors throughout their ministry journey, offering ongoing encouragement, prayer support and guidance as they navigate challenges and opportunities in their pastoral ministry.
